Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Since each piece is custom designed, we do not accept returns.

However, if it is defective in any way, we will reprint/replace it for you if you alert us to the defect within a 30-day window.

To be eligible for a no-charge reprint/replacement, please send photos of the defect.
